Return Process

  Log in to your POCKET GAMES account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, controllers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
